Radio, being the most dominant news platform in Nigeria with 77.4% of population as subscribers cannot be underestimated as a tool for effective social mobilisation.

At Transparency and Accountability in Totality (FollowTaxes), we recognize the importance of grassroots mobilisation of citizens by empowering them on broad range of issues towards enhancing fiscal transparency, demanding good governance and strengthening institutions.

We believe Information becomes powerful only if it is accessed, discussed and used to influence leaders’ decisions for good by the majority, not the privileged alone.

Over time we’ve dedicated a lot of efforts and resources in making sure we engage and mobilise grassroots communities as stakeholders for all our projects and interventions – to demand fiscal transparency and accountability from their leaders.
